Common questions about booking and your first appointment.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you plan to use it, any records you want the chiropractor to see, and clothes you can move in. Bring the shoes you train in if you want us to look at how you move.
How long is the first visit?
Plan on about an hour: a talk, a hands-on exam and a plan with its cost in writing.
Do I need a referral?
You can book without a referral from a doctor. Some health plans ask for one, so check with your plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
Call or text as early as you can if you cannot make a booked visit, so someone else can have the time. We give you our policy in writing before your first visit.
