Care you can choose from

Each visit is built around you and your sport. Your chiropractor explains the options, the risks and the cost first.

  • Spinal adjustment

A manual or instrument-assisted adjustment, with low-force options. Your chiropractor explains the risks first, and you can say no to any part of it. Care is paid for through your plan or yourself; see how fees work.

Return to activity steps

Back to your activity, one step at a time

Your chiropractor sets the steps after your exam and changes them as you go. There is no set number of visits or weeks.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Talk and check

We ask what you do and what stopped you, then look at how you move.

  2. 02

Step 2: Ease off, then move

We say what to rest, what to keep doing and what to watch for this week.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Add back slowly

Short, easy efforts first: a walk, then flat ground, then hills, as your chiropractor advises.

  4. 04

Step 4: Back to your usual

Your usual distance and terrain return when you and your chiropractor agree you are ready. A physician comes first if something is not right.

Every visit

What a visit includes, and what it does not

  • A talk first

We ask about your activity and what brought you in, in person and in private.

  • A hands-on exam

We look at the area and at how you move. X-rays only when medically necessary.

  • A plan you can change

Steps and cost in writing. You can say no to any part.

  • No promises

Results vary. We do not promise an outcome or a number of visits, and we do not replace your physician.

Ready to start?

Book a first visit. The plan and its cost come in writing before any care.

  • A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
